Technology support onsite
Our production team, Wallfly will be managing audio-visual and speaker support services for the meeting. For the ASM, please check in at the speaker support centre, meeting room 501, level 5, NZICC before your session. The centre will be open at the following times:
- Friday 1 May: 2.30-5.30pm
- Saturday 2 May: 7.30am-6pm
- Sunday 3 May: 7.30am-6pm
- Monday 4 May: 7.30am-6pm
- Tuesday 5 May: 7.30am-1pm
ASM presenters, please check your presentation at the Speaker Support Centre before your session so that the smooth running of videos or other media can be confirmed as working on computers provided in the session room. If you’re using a Mac, you should bring an adaptor with HDMI type connector. A cue button and laser point will be provided for your use. A monitor adjacent to the lectern will display your presentation in PowerPoint presenter view with notes.
FPM Symposium
For the FPM Symposium, please check in with the AV technicians before your session at the speaker support desk in the foyer at the JW Marriot Auckland.
